Cancellation Policy

At Cocony Care, we strive to provide high-quality care services while maintaining fairness and respect for our families and staff. To ensure this, we have established the following cancellation policy: Notice Requirements: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session to avoid charges. Notifications can be made via phone the company contact form. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the paid amount. This fee helps cover the time reserved for your family and any preparation already completed. No-Show Policy: If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If a cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Repeated Cancellations: Consistent late cancellations or no-shows may result in a review of your account and could impact your ability to book future services. Agency Cancellations: In the rare event that Cocony Care must cancel a session, we will notify families as soon as possible and offer options for rescheduling or refunds.
